After two months of drinking apple cider vinegar, I was happy that hubby decided to give it a try two days ago.
At first, I thought he wouldn’t be able to get over the taste of acv. Well, he was kind of fine with the smell.
Yesterday he told me that he was very energetic the whole afternoon. What? So fast?? I remember I started feeling increased energy after drinking for a few days.
The benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar are many. The obvious one is my bad breath or halitosis.
I tell you, my morning breath was very terrible previously. But after drinking a glass of acv every morning before meal, my bad breath has reduced tremendously.
It’s hubby who has come to realize that I don’t have bad breath during my recent conversations with him.
Since I don’t have any acute health condition like acid influx, cough, bronchitis, or sore throat, less vinegar and more water is my optimal way of taking apple cider vinegar daily for pH or alkaline acid balancing.
I love drinking a lot of water throughout the day, therefore I add just a splash of apple cider vinegar to my glass each time I fill it up.
So far, Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar has been my favorite. I think it still is after trying out a store brand of mulberry vinegar that hubby bought from a nearby store last night.
I must say that the mulberry vinegar that hubby bought tastes no vinegar at all. It tastes more like fruit juice. Maybe I am just too used to the strong vinegar smell that I equal stronger vinegar to better detoxifier and bowel movement.
Other benefits I have gained from drinking apple cider juice are consistent energy, weight loss, constant bowel movement, and less sinus congestion.
Take note of a dark, cloudy sediment called mother of vinegar settled at the bottom of the bottle! It’s the best part. When I was almost done with the first bottle, I threw away the bottle in which there was this mother of vinegar that settled at the bottom! What a waste, right?

Brushing your tongue is as important as brushing your teeth. Our tongue also harbors plaque and regular removing of it is very important. Also, go for the toothpaste which is tea tree or eucalyptus essential oil based.
Hi, Mill,
Totally agree with you that brushing the tongue is as important.
As for the toothpaste, I am currently using Sensodyne Toothpaste for sensitive teeth and cavity prevention.
