Question: How does Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer work?

For example, a single pack of Marlboro costs $5 and when you buy the “Buy One Get One Deal” of the same product, it costs you $6. Is this false advertisement?

    i think you still have to pay for the taxes so maybe thats why it seems like its more.
