I know it’s not February 14th yet. But hubby thought it’s fine to give me the Om pendant necklace and earrings today.

As a yoga lover, I love the symbol Om very much. Om is made up of three Sanskrit letters, aa, au and ma which, when combined together, make the sound Aum or Om.

Whenever I feel stressed, I will say Om. Saying it very slowly helps relieve my tension.
